In the winter time the warmest has been a big loosely knit shirt of thick kind of plastic thread, under a loose, somewhat stiff and airy wind-proof at least partly breathing raincoat.
And loose thick windproof trousers under a long windproof skirt that it so wide that it does not change shape when one walks.
Plus warm winter boots, a thick warm windproof woolen hat, maybe a warm windproof scarf under the coat and big warm windproof gloves (or thick warm wibdproof mittens) or similar by big windproof gloves on top of warm mittens (that do not need to be windproof).

As far as I know there is no Finnish cure for frostbites, so one should tace care that nothing such never ever happens. But one can try my miracle healing advice https://curingguesses.blogspot.com/2023/02/miracle-cure-advice-attempt-for-first.html .
For getting warm in too cool indoors a padded winter blanket is best, leave only your head outside it. If you need more blankets, use them under the padded winter blanket which needs to be airily. There are some 200 instructions on getting warm in Finnish https://opisuomalaisuus.blogspot.com/2015/01/viileaan-sopeutuminen.html on a link from the Finnish version of my long text about the seasons. I have the impression that all warming instfuctions get translated to eskimo languages does that mean that lne can get such from Canada kn English too? There is my translation of some 20 of them on a link from the autumn part of my English text about the four seasons.
6th of January 2024 " A66. In the old times people spent lots of time outdoors, so propably they did not feel so cold indoors either. If it is cool and moist indoors but quite much colder outdoors, then even if it is raining, open a window and ventilate quickly a quite big part of the room's air and while doing that keep woolen socks on feet and a blanket around your feet, a woolen shirt on too, and then shut the wo´indows etc and keep the blanket etc and let the warm air near the roof of the room warm quickly the new cold and so much more dry air in the room and so in a few minutes you can have a warm room. "
I.e. open a quite big window or an outdoor, and go to the muddle of the room and sense the air there. When there comes a feeling that the air starts to feel completely dry, go quickly to close the window or door. Wait a minute or two for the room air to get warm as if there had been a heater on too strong.
